Description

The GRENADA was a steel-hulled, four-masted barque. She was built in 1894 by Russel & Co., Greenock, and was operated by Gwalia Shipping Co. Ltd. (Roberts, Owen & Co.), Liverpool. No lives were lost when she was sunk by UB 40 under the command of KapLt Karl Neuman on 22 November 1916.
