Notes on LLUEST NEWYDD, Lledrod, Ceredigion 2011
Empty for many years I only became aware of this red bricked property whilst searching on an estate agents website. It looks a little like a railway cottage but is situated high on the slope of a hillside.
The outbuildings although largely intact are not of great quality and would, I presume, be demolished once a buyer pays up the two hundred thousand pound asking price.
