Description
A view during construction from the site of the dam at Careg-ddu in the Elan Valley. The school and church of the lost community of Nantgwyllt were close to this spot, and the mansion of Cwm Elan, also to be lost with the later flooding of the valley, is just visible among the trees in the middle distance.
