Description
Opened 1st. August 1902. This picture was taken on the night of 27th. November 1907. It was recorded that "the majority of men rushed out with overcoats buttoned up to cover their nightshirts and to conceal the abscence of collars, and the women in their hurry forgot to complete their toilet, resulting in curious spectacles".
