Description

A special ceremony for the Proclamation of King Edward VII was held on the steps of Cardigan's Guildhall on 30th January 1901. The Mayor, Cllr D Ivor Evans, read the Proclamation itself, and local police and territorials were in attendance. The photograph was taken by Ernest Allen of Cardigan.
