Description

The Memorial Clock Tower erected in 1955 in memory of the Miners in the Wyndham Colliery with the Nantymoel Memorial Shelter immediately to the rear. Both funded from the Wyndham Medical Aid Society on the formation of the NHS. Behind the Memorial Shelter and at the base of the spoil tip from the Ocean Western Colliery, is the Nantymoel Memorial Boys and Girls club, opened in 1925 and which is now also the Nantymoel Hub and Community Centre.
