Description

John says that they've had an inspection today to prepare for the move. He also mentions that the 11th Wisconsen are going home today as veterans and about fifty from his regiment have refused to enlist again. There are thirty-two in John's Company at the moment, with two ill. John finishes his letter, as he has to go on 'dress parade'.
