Description
This is an audio clip from an interview with Stanley Soffa where he describes the grand interior and exterior of Cathedral Road Synagogue, the Isaac Samuel Memorial Building where Cheder lessons took place and reminisces about the services that took place in the building.
In his interview, Stanley talks about his time as a lawyer for a number of law firms in Cardiff and Newport, and later, as a member of the Crown Prosecution Service. He also discusses his family history, his role in establishing the Interfaith Council and the importance of interfaith dialogue in Cardiff.
