Description
Manweb/ Scottish Power set up a temporary base on the waste tips of Rhiwgreiddyn quarry, Ceinws/ Esgairgeiliog, Machynlleth. From here they carried new supply poles by helicopter and planted them in the more difficult places on the mountainsides around this area.
