Description
Pinnace card for Albert Langford at Merthyr Town 1921. Albert Edward Langford was born in Tipton on 16th October 1899. Albert signed for Merthyr Town in 1920 and went on to make 106 appearances and even managed a single goal as a full back. By 1923 he was at the Vetch Field where he made 78 appearances for the Swans. There was a short interlude at Worcester City before he was at Charlton Athletic for 3 season where he made 135 appearances with 1 goal. In 1932 he was at Walsall where he ended his career after 24 appearances and a goal.
