BRITISH SHIPS.

Lloyd’s reported yesterday:-

The British steamer Cilisia (3,750 tons) has been sunk; crew landed.

The British steamer Ferga (built in 1916, tonnage not stated) has been sunk.

Steamer Margarita (375 tons) sunk.

Steam trawler Ashwold sunk.

Steam trawler Ireland, of Hull, sunk; crew 90 hours in open boats.

The trawler King Alfred G.Y. 127 (159 tons) was sunk by submarine on Wednesday afternoon. Nine of the crew have landed. The master was taken prisoner.

The crew of the trawler Barnsley, previously reported sunk, have been landed.
