Description

A small photograph of what is known to be a Constable of the former Glamorgan Constabulary.

His details are not known.

On the back of the photo is written '1951. Number 8 District Police Training Centre'

At that time the No. 8 D.P.T.C. was located at the Headquarters of the Glamorgan Constabulary, Cowbridge Road, Bridgend.

These premises have expanded and modernised greatly and are the Headquarters of the current South Wales Police.
