The farm was owned and farmed by Benjamin Howell and his wife Lettice up to 1759. Then it was left to his nephew Rev.Howell Howell Vicar of Llanboidy 1707-1793 Next owner was his son Rev James Howell Vicar of Clutton, Somerset. He sold it to my ancestor Rev. Thomas Thomas Vicar of Farndon in Leicestershire who hoped to retire there. I think it was left in his will to Phebe Williams nee Thomas and Amy Skeel his two nieces. i have posted on genuki the history of the farm.
