Description

When Julia Gunn worked in Lo-Cost supermarket in 1995 at Machynlleth, customers were issued stamps with a special saver's card. On one occasion, there was a chance to buy a Classique collection of hand painted porcelain dolls, eight in all. Twelve stamps meant you could buy one for £9-99 rather than £19-99. Julia only managed to buy four because the offer was available for a limited time only. The dolls were called:- Daniella. Laura, Natasha and Rachel. ( I gave Rachel to my niece Lana.)
