Description
Police Constable Sid Phelps of the former Glamorgan Constabulary. The photograph would appear to be have taken in about from about 1912.
He died whilst serving in the army during the First World War, and is commemorated on the War Memorial at the South Wales Police Headquarters, Bridgend.
