Description
A black and white photograph of a visit by the Duke of York to Penarth. Dedication on reverse of picture reads: Donated to the people of Penarth by, Jack Whittington, formerly of 34 Cornerswell Rd. Taken when the former Duke of York, visited Penarth. Jack is on the Dukes' left, and his older brother Clifford is on the right. Both of them are holding Union Jacks'. Jack is now living at Parkside View House, 1 Park Rd, Penarth, CF64 3DD.
