A Monochrome photograph of the interior of the West Wales garage, Aberystwyth, the proprietor Mr Frank Owen is standing behind the welding cylinders. Mr. Jim Mytton (electrician) is working in car 'EJ 4451', (kneeling using a 'Black hawk Expander' which ran off compressed air. He was from Abercwmhir). With Mr. Stanley Robinson (engineer) welding on an engine.
