Description

Mihangel ap Iwan begins this letter by admitting that his letters to his mother have not been as frequent since he got married, and that he has not yet written to thank his aunt Hersedd or [Thomas] Rhys and Myfanwy. He says that he has been busy with small tasks. Mihangel wishes that his mother could see the house as it is so neat. Myfanwy will tell her about his visit to Buenos Aires. Lewis Jones is quite well. They had a party in the house the night before last, and the guests were Mr and Mrs York, Miss Davies the governess, Mr and Miss Ward (daughter of Huxtable the G.M.), and three or four young men. He hopes that they are all well and notes that it has been a while since he last heard from his mother.
