Description

William Meloch Hughes intends to emigrate to Patagonia and he writes to thank Michael D. Jones for his letter and the 'few hints for a wild country'. In November 1881, Hughes was appointed schoolmaster at Moriah, near Trelew. His memories of life in Patagonia were published in the volume 'Ar lannau'r Gamwy ym Mhatagonia' (1927).
