Description
R. Kenneth Evans, Barnet, writes to Thomas Rhys to thank him for his assistance in the task of collecting information about the Welsh Settlement in Patagonia. However, he is ashamed to admit that his knowledge of Welsh is insufficient to make use of the sources that he suggested.
