Description
A large 'Cabinet' photograph of a Victorian era police Constable number 168 of the Monmouthshire Constabulary. Most likely from the 1890's.
The card surround has an impressed stamp of the photographer - J.Howard Preston, Wye Valley Studio, Monmouth.
