Description
A newspaper cutting photograph mounted on card, showing the Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Alderman O. Cuthbert Purnell and other dignitaries in procession and on their way to the Cathedral Church of St. David, 15th November 1937. The service was to mark their forthcoming year in office.
