A newspaper article from The Cambrian, published on 04/10/1907, describing an encounter with a shark just off the Mumbles, Swansea.

The clipping reads as follows: "SWANSEA FISHING BOAT SKIPPER’S STRUGGLE. A Swansea fishing boat skipper reports having encountered, just off the Mumbles, whilst fishing on Friday last, a shark of some dimensions. The monster got entangled in the nets and a gaff was put out to haul it on board. The shark fought desperately, managed to smash the gaff, and got away with a portion of the net."
