Description
An extract from Morris, L., 1748. Plans of Harbours, Bars, Bays and Roads in St. George's Channel. The extract (page 52) describes the fishing industry around Milford Haven.
The extract reads as follows: “All Milford Haven abounds with Oysters of which great Quantities are carried to Holland, and other Places. There are also plenty of Herrings and Mackrell upon this Coast, which sometimes come up the Haven, as well as many other Kind of Fish”
