St. David's is the smallest city in Wales. It achieved city status by virtue of its cathedral.

The spectacular Pembrokeshire coast near St. David's. In the foregound is a "kissing gate". This provides easy access to a field through aboundary fence or wall, negotiable by humans but not by livestock.
