Description
This photograph shows the W. R. Lysaght Institute Bowls Club team that played against Lyon Bowls Club in London during the 1931 season. The team is pictured here underneath the balcony and columns that can still be seen today. This original photograph was donated to the W R Lysaght Institute when Orb Steelworks closed its doors in 2020. It has been made possible to share this photograph through the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
