5th December 1943. Newly Commissioned Pilot Officer Ted Morgan, RAFVR. Ponca City, Oklahoma. Portrait photo taken shortly before leaving to return to the UK on the RMS Queen Mary which had been converted to a troop ship during WW2, and on this trip included the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, amongst its passengers.
