Cwmllecoediog Hall,1902. The first view of Cwmllygodig Hall to appear on a postcard is from the 1902 series by Park for People. The ‘Hall’ was built by James Walton on the site of an earlier farmhouse during the mid 1850s ,who had also completed a Drive, Lodge, and a road through to join up with the main road by around 1860. Despite his efforts he handed the estate over to his son and left to live in Kerry, Montgomeryshire, in 1868.
