Description

On The Feast of the Epiphany 2021 at St Peter's, Bargoed, the Church was closed. During the Lockdown, places of worship were allowed to be open, but the very high infection levels locally led Fr Kelly to decide to close St Peter's and St Helen's Caerphilly, and live-stream services from St Helen's. The crib had been set up and parishioners saw the figures on Christmas Eve (the last Mass before closure). On The Feast of the Epiphany, 6th January, traditionally, the figures of the three kings are placed at the crib. Parishioners could not be there to see them, but the kings came to the crib in the empty Church.
