A large, framed and glazed photograph of the Neath Borough Police. Fitted to the front of the frame is an engraved brass plaque inscribed - 'Presented to Alderman E. S. Phillips by the Neath Borough Police. May 1908' *The Ross Mather Police Memorabilia of Wales Collection.
