Description
Information about St Lawrence Church Gumfreston and the Old Rectory. Detailed information on the church; nave, piscina, porch, stoup, tower, furnishings, pulpit, paintings, glass, monuments, churchyard cross and Holy wells. The Old Rectory gives information on its structure with further information on the windows hood moulded in 1873 by W Newton Dunn of London and Tenby. Information on Gumfreston Farm states that it was a large rendered four bay farm house with a tall gabled arch. A sketch of 1822 shows mullioned windows and a broad tapering gable chimney.
