Previous occupiers include Charles Cookes Wells, Mrs Surteex, W I Knight, Nicholas John Dunn, Henry Mathias, W Charles Driberg, Charles Hugh C Wells, Sophia Amelia Wells, William Holmes, John Forbes, Clement John Williams, Charles Phillips and David Hughes Morgan.
