For conspiring on 1st. October and other days at
Bedwellty with divers persons to make insurrections
and obstruct the Laws and obtain arms for the
more effectually carrying into effect their conspiracy
and that in furtherance thereof prisoners with others
to the member of 2000 and more on 3d November at
Bedwellty notoriously assembled armed with Guns
and made a great riot and broke open divers dwelling
houses and beat and illtreated divers liege subjects and
seized and took divers quantities of arms therewith
further armed themselves against the peace
2d Count For conspiring to make insurrections and obstruct the
due execution of the Laws
3d Count For riotously assembling and making and conspiring
a riot for 48 hours.
