at all - I never saw Jones there before - I saw Mr
William Davis of the Shop, Son of Mr Roger Davis
he was at my Masters house at the same time
that Frost, Jones and Williams were there on the
Friday before the Riots - I saw Wm Davies going
down the Road the Monday after the Sunday on
horseback about 12 o'clock in the morning - he
road a Brown horse or pony like horse - I do
not think the horse had a long tail - I saw Mr.
Davies at his father's Shop one day before that
week - There is a lodge held in my Masters
long Room - I do not know the name of
the Lodge - I saw my Master last the Wednesday
after the Riots - he said he was going upon
business - he did not say where. I have not
seen him since - Mr Jones & Williams came
down to our house Wednesday before and had
Tea, they stopped all night, I did not see any
one else, no one else was there but them - We
heard the Sunday evening that the Colliers
from the hills and the Ironworks were coming down
I heard them say the Chartists were coming
down - after Frost and Jones had left I heard this
it was not very long after - Mistress ordered the
house to be shut up Master was gone out - he
went out directly after Frost - it was 10 o'clock
before Master returned - no one came into our
house after - it was son after seven when the
men came down - Jones came in between 6 & 7
and went out again directly after - he did not
stay any time - Wm Davis had a hat on - I only
saw him once, I believe the hat was a white
one - Jones had no great coat on -
