Saunders is not in any of ^the lists delivered &

Mr Phillips or myself know

I am not aware nor I believe is Phelps what

he speaks to - &c J H E


P.S. I cannot find any examination of Hignell's

but will endeavour to see him before tomorrows post
goes out - - His evidence is against George Turner I
believe - a number of witnesses have arrived safe
from the Hills this morn-g
