Monmouthshire (to wit) The jurors of our Sovereign Lady the Queen upon their oath present that Thomas -
Llewellin late of Saint Woollos in the County of Monmouth Laborer heretofore to wit on the first day of October in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine and on divers other days and times between that day and the
taking this Inquisition with force and arms to wit at Saint Woollas aforesaid in the county aforesaid did unlawfully and
seditiously conspire confederate and agree with dives other persons whose names are to the Jurors unknown to raise and
make insurrections riots routs and seditions and unlawful assemblies within this realm and obstruct the Laws and Government of this
realm and to oppose and prevent their due execution and in furtherance of the said conspiracy confederacy and agreement the said
Thomas Llewellin during the time aforesaid to wit on the first day of November in the year aforesaid to wit at Saint Woollos aforesaid in the
County aforesaid did advise persuade and endeavor to persuade divers subjects of our Lady the Queen then and there assembled and
whose names ae to the jurors unknown to arm themselves for the purpose of obstructing the Laws and Government of this
realm and for more effectually raising insurrections and tumults within the same against the peace of our said Lady the
Queen her Crown and Dignity-

And the jurors aforesaid upn their oath aforesaid do further present that the said John Llewellin [the following two names faint /erased] Benjamin Richards and
George George heretofore to wit on the said first day of October in the year aforsaid and on divers other days and times between that
day and the taking of this Inquisition with force and arms to wit at Saint Woolos aforesaid in the County aforesaid did
unlawfully conspire confedearate and agree with divers persons to the jurors unknown to rise and make insurrections
tumults riots and routs and unlawfully assemble within this realm and to obstruct and prevent the due execution of the
laws and government of this realm and to change and alter the same against the peace of our Lady the Queen her
Crown and Dignity
And the jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the said Thomas Llewellin [the following names faint/ erased] Benjamin Richards
and George George heretofore to wit on the fourth day of November in the year aforesaid with force and arms to wit at Saint
Woolas aforesaid in the County aforesaid with divers other persons to the amount of two thousand and more then and there unlawfully
riotously and routously assembled as aforesaid and making much riot rout and unlawful assembly as aforesaid for a long space of time
to wit for forty eight hours then next following against the peace of our sid Lady the Queen her Crown and Dignity.
