Description

Police Constable 482 Thomas Lewis James, who was born in 1900. He joined Glamorgan Constabulary in 1921. The photographs show him seated front row furthest right in what is believed to be a police tug of war team. The other shows him standing to the right hand side, during a visit by the Duke of Gloucerter to Treforest Industrial Estate, near Pontypridd.
