Description

An interview conducted in Ponoka, Alberta with several members of the Welsh settlement; Grufydd Jones, Hugh Roberts, Annie Roberts, Kelt Hughes, Evan Thomas, Goronwy Davies and Iorwerth Davies. The Interviews begin in English and then change to Welsh. The interviewees talk about their family history and how they came to be in Canada. There are recitals of Englynion, discussion of the role of the church in keeping the language alive in Canada and there is also talk of a Magic school!
