Description

Three real postcard photographs showing pre WW1 groups of police officers of the Glamorgan Constabulary. Members of the force regularly trained and practiced rifle drill / shooting as part of the Government scheme of when required, men were retained for military call-up.

I am informed that they are carrying .303 Lee-Metford rifles.
