Description

Three different artworks by different artisits of the same scene - The river Wye North of Rhayader from the early 19th Century. He rock to the left of the road together with the same building shapes lead to the belief that these paintings show Pen-y-pistyll in the middle distance.
The land by the river is now(2019) the caravan/ camp site.

Picture 2 - T.H.A Fielding, around 1822
Picture 3 - W Radclyffe, around 1835.
