Deed appointing John Williams of the Drim, Fishguard as Assistant Surgeon to Her Majesty Queen Victoria's Armed Forces. The document is signed by Edward Legard of the War Office and also Queen Victoria.
John Williams was born in Fishguard, and undertook his medical training in Haverfordwest.
