Description

Pauline Penrose, a WW2 Women's Auxiliary Air Force (WAAF) veteran of Llechryd. Now in her 101st year [2022], during WW2 was a WAAF Aircraft Plotter and then Draughtswoman serving on the frontline at RAF fighter stations in Hornchurch and North Weald. Here she is filmed talking about her experiences.
