Description
This photograph was sent to us by Peter Walters on Facebook, who said: "I started an apprenticeship with Tuscan Engineering, about 1963 ( but soon realized factory work was not for me) Their main product was electric motors used to drive the pumps at roadside petrol stations. In 2002 while on holiday in Scotland, I came across a derelict roadside garage, the electric motors for the pumps were visible, and they were Tuscan. I was given permission to remove the name plates."
