Description
Welsh Boxing coach Gemma Price runs the Girl's Empowerment Programme. As a boxing coach and mentor, Gemma places emphasis on developing self-esteem, confidence and creating a safe space for people to express themselves openly through boxing. After 40 minutes of boxing training, the girls involved in these classes get into the ring to share their experiences from the week, to talk about any challenges their facing, and to hear from inspiring women working in sport and fitness in Wales.
