In this video Sarah Crews speaks to Rosie Eccles about how she is feeling going into the 2018 Commonwealth Games. This interview was recorded the night before Rosie and the team departed for the games that were hosted on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. Rosie talks about what she has packed in her bag, including her kit and mementos from her Dad. She talks about her role models and idols and what it feels like to represent Wales on the world stage. During the week leading up to leaving for the games, the catering and coaching teams at Sports Wales supported the athletes through the process of adjusting to the 10 hour time difference between Wales and Queensland, Australia.
