Description
A photograph taken 1942, that shows Police Constable Hartwell Glyn Watkins of the former Merionethshire Constabulary, who was stationed in Corwen at that time.
Taken during the period of World War 2, the strap over his shoulder would have been attached to a box containing his issue gas-mask / respirator.
