Description

A uniform helmet to the former Monmouthshire Constabulary. The crown on the badge is a Queens crown so post 1953. Monmouthshire Constabulary ceased to exist after 1967 when amalgamated with Newport Borough Police, to form a new Gwent Constabulary.
