Yr hwn a hunodd yn yr Iesu, Rhagfyr 17, 1901,
yn 36 mlwydd oed,
ac a gladdwyd yn mynwent eglwys Helygain
Dydd Gwener, Rhagfyr 20, 1901.’

aged 36 years,
