Description
By the end of the nineteenth century, Llandeilo had its fair share of performance venues, such as the chapels, the Civic Hall (or Drill Hall / Victoria Hall), Market Hall, and St Teilo's Church. These hosted countless concerts, fundraisers, and eisteddfodau, which drew audiences from far and wide. This is a programme for a Concert / One Act Play by the Young Helpers’ League in connection with Dr. Barnardo’s Homes in Llandilo / Llandeilo Habitation on Thursday, 13 November 1913. The President of the event was Mrs Gwyn-Hughes / Gwynne-Hughes, Tregib (Tregeyb).
