Description
By the end of the nineteenth century, Llandeilo had its fair share of performance venues, such as the chapels, the Civic Hall (or Drill Hall / Victoria Hall), Market Hall, and St Teilo's Church. These hosted countless concerts, fundraisers, and eisteddfodau, which drew audiences from far and wide. This is a programme of a Grand Concert and Recital held at Salem CM Chapel, Llandilo / Llandeilo on Tuesday, 19 March 1929. The Chairman of the event was Councillor J. R. Evans, Llandilo; and the Organist was Miss Nancy Jones LRAM.
